Shipping Policy
Purchases are shipped from the FBO’s own or team members locations from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within one to two weeks, depending on the destination and mode of courier available, from receipt of order and payment. Order deliveries will be made usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays). Goods Receipt Note will need to be signed by the recipient of the order for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods receipt note that are signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since these transactions are authorized by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance while the order is in transit. The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as “available” on this website. The Company shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery. Company will contact the customer on the first time & confirm the date, time & address of delivery. If the delivery fails due to following reasons, FBO will contact the customer 2nd time to deliver goods & levy delivery charges and other local taxes, if applicable and levied by local authorities due to return of product, etc. for the second attempt. In case the customer refuses to pay the second time delivery charges, FBO will refund the entire order money to the Customer after deducting first time delivery charges.
Company will consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases:
· Delivery not done due to wrong address.
· Recipient not available.
· Premises locked.
· In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ Strike / Terrorist / National Bandh or any other kind of disruption of normal life or any other natural calamity or other situation beyond the control of the company or its courier agency, the company reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on this website. Also, the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
Returns Policy
All product sales made through this website are considered final and cannot be returned. Due to the nature of personal care and consumable items, we are unable to accept returns once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered. Customers are therefore encouraged to review all product information carefully before placing an order. In the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied item, please contact us within the specified time frame so that we may assess the situation and provide support in accordance with applicable guidelines.
